The ICA is seeking a communications consultant that is technically and professionally capable of providing the following services: A. Audit, assess, and refine internal marketing systems and staffing, as well as brand effectiveness in local, national, and international markets. B. Working with ICA leadership and staff, identify areas of improvement in marketing and communications skills and training opportunities, through data-driven analysis. C. Working with the ICA team, identify significant communications and messaging milestones. D. Develop regular pitch planning sessions for publications and writers aligned with messaging milestones in 2-year cycles. E. Consult with the ICA team to hone and implement press cultivation at national and international levels.
