This project consists of the Swimming Pool Rehabilitation and New Splash Deck REBID for the Park District of the City of Wishek. This project includes several schedules: Schedule I: This schedule includes constructing a new 75’ x 40’ stainless steel sidewall swimming pool in the area where the Owner has removed the existing 130' x 40’ concrete pool including the existing decks, fences, concrete gutters and deck equipment. There will be excavation and backfill required of the Contractor to bring the subgrade profile into compliance with the project plans to follow the demolition work to be done by the Owner. The Contractor will remove the existing pool filtration equipment in the existing bathhouse. The improvements will also include a new stainless steel wall with a perimeter gutter system, a new 400 gpm high rate sand filtration system, new backwash disposal system, new PVC pool floor liner, new deck equipment ,the relocation and conversion of the existing pool heater for outside installation, install Owner provided chemical feed systems, new 20’ x 30’ concrete equipment area with a 8’ chain link fence enclosure with privacy slats, new concrete decks with a deck drain system, new perimeter chain link fence, new water and sewer services with street repair, new electrical service including a new service line with a 100 amp panel box installed in the bathhouse for future use by the Owner and miscellaneous items for complete installation. Schedule II: Installation of Owner provided splash deck features including the concrete foundations and the concrete for a 2225 SF splash deck and 1900 SF concrete deck, install an Owner provided manifold system with feature controller, with installation of an Owner provided water treatment system, installation of an Owner provided chemical feed system, provide and install a 72” concrete storage tank with connection fittings, provide and install a 72” strainer MH with internal piping, provide and install all the supply and return piping for the operation of the splash deck, install the concrete decks around the splash deck , install the retaining wall around the splash deck, provide the necessary electrical service installation and miscellaneous items for complete installation to make the splash deck operational.
