Construction will be in accordance with Martinsville City specifications, Martinsville City will furnish hardware & fiber necessary to complete required project unless otherwise directed by Martinsville City. Over-lash-fiber: includes the over-lash of fiber to existing system in accordance with Martinsville City specifications including span sag adjustment as required. Re-lash: removal of broken lashing wire & re-lash of wire in accordance with Martinsville City specifications. Fiber in existing conduit: includes the placement of fiber in the conduit system including the installation of storage stops (up to 10%) in accordance with Martinsville City specifications. Splice fiber: include all fusion splicing of fiber optic cable in accordance with Martinsville City specifications. Individual splice loss shall be no greater then 0.35 db using two-way averaging. Fiber splice enclosure: installation of splice enclosure. Fiber mid-entry-preparation of fiber for a mid-entry splice only. Re-enter splice closure; price to re-enter splice closure. Conventional drill penetration: includes but is not limited to the penetration of a wall or floor, up to ¾” in diameter and 1/2” in depth, thru concrete, rebar or other similar material using conventional electric drills, either rotary of hammer. Proper sealing of hole & placement of approved fire stop material per specs. Building entrance enclosure installation: attach entrance enclosure to the building Heavy equipment operator.
