The selected consultant team will undertake a comprehensive feasibility study utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methods. The study shall include, but not be limited to: Phase I: Research and Assessment 1. Review of Existing Studies: Analyze previous studies including the Master Plan, AgeFriendly Needs Assessment, and other relevant planning documents to determine both need and demand for an all-ages center. 2. Community Engagement: a. Conduct inclusive outreach to engage a broad spectrum of stakeholders including seniors, youth, parents, veterans, individuals with disabilities (including physical, sensory, intellectual and developmental), caregivers, community organizations, relevant town departments or committees, and other residents to gather input on current infrastructure and community resource gaps as well as future needs.
