1. The Contractor shall provide consecutive and simultaneous verbal interpretation and written translation services. Contractor shall provide these services either virtually/remotely or inperson as CARB requests. If CARB requests services to be in person, the location will be provided by the CARB Contract Manager or designee within three (3) days of service. 2. Interpretation and translation services shall be made available in multiple languages, including, but not limited to: a. American Sign Language (spoken interpretation) b. Arabic c. Armenian d. Braille (written translation) e. Cambodian f. Cantonese (Chinese) g. French h. Hindi i. Hmong j. Italian k. Japanese l. Korean m. Mandarin (Chinese) n. Pashto o. Persian (Farsi) p. Portuguese q. Punjabi r. Romanian s. Russian t. Serbian u. Slovak v. Spanish w. Swedish x. Tagalog y. Thai z. Ukrainian aa. Urdu bb. Vietnamese
