Engineer's Field Office: For additional maintenance and janitorial service for existing Engineer’s field office. Demolition and New Work: Provide all General Demolition Work and Furnish, install, and complete all General Work associated with the Scum Removal System Rehabilitation at the SE WPCP as shown on the contract drawings and identified in the specifications. Allowance: For supplying all labor, equipment and materials to perform all necessary work associated with unforeseen conditions. The quantity and type of work shall be determined in the field after testing and approved by the owner and the Engineer in writing and in advance of said work.
