Coastal Carolina University (University) seeks to procure professional virtual tour production services for various on-campus housing units. The selected vendor will be responsible for photographing and producing interactive virtual tours of designated residential spaces, with hosting and software support included. The vendor shall provide high-quality virtual tours for the following residential unit types: Unit Type Quantity Double Suite (Ingle/Eaglin) 1 4 Bedroom Suite (Ingle/Eaglin & Woods) 2 5 Bedroom Suite (TRA/CHA/SYH/DTD) 1 1 Bedroom Apartment (BR/PM, The Gardens) 2 2 Bed / 2 Bath Apartment (BR/GS/SH/PM & Cove) 2 3 Bed / 3 Bath Apartment (LC/SH, GS) 2 4 Bed / 2 Bath Apartment (BR/PM) 1 4 Bed / 4 Bath Apartment (GS/LC/SAND, Cove) 2 Deliverables • Professionally staged and photographed virtual tours of each listed unit. • Include the option for points of interest throughout the rooms to include information such as answers to FAQs, policies, etc. • Allow customization (e.g. logo, school colors, contact information, etc.) • Hosting of virtual tours for the length of the contract. • Delivery of completed virtual tours within 5–10 business days after the photoshoot. • Edits to virtual tours (if requested) within 48 hours of submission. Hosting and Software Requirements • Hosting fee must be included in the base price. • Tours should not require additional software and integrate with our existing website and digital platforms Additional Requirements • Vendor must assume full responsibility for the quality and accessibility of the virtual tours. • Use of third-party vendors must be disclosed, and vendor must remain accountable for service delivery. • Vendor must provide a representative on-site to coordinate with University staff. • All spaces must be pre-approved and prepared by the University prior to the shoot. • No post-production image retouching without prior approval from the University.
