The purpose of this project is to provide a truck bypass on the south side of Valdosta. The Consultant shall provide development of the environmental document including all required special studies (History, Archaeology, Ecology, Freshwater Aquatic Surveys, Air, Noise, Ecology, and NEPA), preliminary construction, roadway, signing and marking, lighting and utility plans, final right-of-way plans (including revisions), erosion control plans, bridge plans, staging plans and construction plans (including revisions through project final acceptance) and construction services. All required engineering studies are considered part of the scope of services. All deliverables shall be in accordance with but not limited to the Plan Development Process (PDP), Electronic Data Guidelines (EDG), GDOT Design Policy Manual (DPM), GDOT Drainage Manual, GDOT Bridge and Structures Design Manual, Plan Presentation Guide (PPG), NEPA, and the GDOT Environmental Procedures Manual.
