1. Scope 1 (GOVERNMENT CENTER 1ST & 2ND FL NEW DOORS): Installation of eight (8) owner provided full height doors, jambs, electrified mortise locks, electrified hinges; Contractor to provide labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform demolition, carpentry, paint, electrical / low voltage, require to operate the eight (8) doors. Four (4) new doors at the second floor Recorders Office, two (2) new doors at the second floor Assessors Offices, one (1) new door at the second floor Public Works Administration Office, and one (1) new door at the first floor Clerks Office. 2. Scope 2 (GOVERNMENT CENTER 1ST & 2ND FL PUBLIC COUNTER NEW GLAZING): Contractor to provide and install new glazing system including but not limited to new vertical sliding window and speak-thru at all public counters on top of the existing built-in cabinets and casework at the second floor Recorders Office and Assessors Office.
