26.1. Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform panting services at 110 Smokey Bear Blvd. in Concord, NH as described herein. 26.2. The Vendor must be licensed to work in the State of New Hampshire and have a minimum of three (3) years’ verifiable commercial experience. Three (3) references of similar work done shall be provided with your bid. 26.3. All surfaces shall be prepared prior to painting to ensure a smooth surface. Only walls shall be painted. 26.4. All surfaces shall receive no less than two coats of painting for approximately 5,300 sq ft using a latex paint in a satin finish. The color will be determined at a later date but before the award of this bid. 26.5. Vendor shall provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of any and all products covered by RSA 277- A, the “Worker’s Right to Know Act.”
