This project will be to add an artificial turf field to the norther section of property acquired by Weber State University located by the Dee Events Center. The address for the new field is 1358 East 4600 South, Ogden, UT 84403. The field needs to be 207’ wide x 360’ long and requires: Fencing and netting A pathway for students to access the field from the North ADA access Lighting An evaluation of adding a road through the property Perform coordinatization with stakeholders with the understanding that they are not the Project Manager Review existing site condition Create schematic design and proposed grading plan (We already have this but should renew the grading plan) Provide an estimated project schedule and budget Attend meetings with project stakeholders for design Create final project design plans and specifications Assist WSU Purchasing with the bidding of the project (The expected bid release is 11/3/25) Perform Architectural Construction Management (The expected start date for construction on this project is 3/16/26) Provide post construction as built drawings and plans
