The successful offeror shall be able to effectively facilitate the registration of licensees and approval of quality merchandise in keeping with the College’s brand standards. The Brand Guidelines can be viewed at https://brand.citadel.edu. Successful offeror shall conduct regular communication with representatives of the College and licensees to keep all parties informed of licensing practices. Successful offeror shall also facilities marketing efforts to improve both the exposure and sale of the College’s marks and brands throughout the local region and across the United States. Successful offeror will act as the College’s primary agent to license the use of one or more marks and logos in connection with the marketing of various articles of merchandise. The successful offeror will provide licensing software platform through which The Citadel will be able to manage artwork/licensed item submissions, reviews, and approvals. The software must: • Provide the ability for multiple users with flexible permissions for different brand management tasks. • Provide the ability to communicate robust information on brand guidelines and usage requirements to the licensee • Collect royalty data and reports online within the software platform • Prefer real-time royalty reporting capability
