1 Mowing, Edging, Trimming & Site Cleaning (Monthly): Monthly mowing and trimming of all maintained turf areas on a bi-weekly basis (Every 2 Weeks). Bi-weekly cleaning and removal of trash, debris, weeds and leaves from all maintained areas including curbings, parking lot, and sidewalks within maintained areas. A clean edge shall be maintained in all areas where the turf meets a hard surface or landscape bed. 12 $ $ 2 Maintenance of Landscape Beds (Monthly): - Monthly, trash, and leaf removal of the planted landscape beds on a bi-weekly basis. Plants and trees to be maintained; mulch shall a uniform depth of 3". The curb, sidewalk, paver and asphalt areas surrounding the landscape beds shall also be kept free of debris, and litter. Mulch shall be contained in the landscape bed. - Trees shall be maintained to provide vertical clearance of 7’ above turf, landscape beds, sidewalks. A horizontal clearance of 1' from the edge of pavement shall be maintained on all low growing vegetation adjacent to sidewalks and parking lot. - Spot treatment of Fire Ant beds as needed 12 $ $
