The required services to be provided are inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, and repair services for forty-one (41) natural gas regulators at the Denton State Supported Living Center (DSSLC). The required number of natural gas regulators may change during the term of this contract. a) Testing results must be documented annually per Life Safety Code and State Fire Marshal requirements. b) All work shall be performed in accordance with the City of Denton municipal codes, and results are to be submitted to DSSLC and the City of Denton. c) Natural gas regulator systems are to be tested at 3 lbs. and must hold a pressure for a minimum of thirty (30) minutes. d) All appliances are to be isolated, without damages. e) All fittings shall be reassembled and tested for leakage upon completion of testing. Any leakage or part failure is to be repaired after review and approval from designated DSSLC representative.
