A. SPECIFIC SERVICES: The City of Milford is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive full retainer, investment management services. The selected investment management firm will report to the Board of Trustees of the Retiree Health Care Trust and its’ designee. The selected firm will functionally work closely with the Mayor. The selected firm will attend quarterly Board of Trustees Retiree Health Care Trust meetings, and report on the status of the OPEB Fund Investments. The selected firm will demonstrate extensive successful experience and superior capability for providing those investment management services that are critical to the success of an OPEB Trust. In general, the selected firm will assist the City in the on-going process of investment policy development and implementation. In all cases, the firm and its Advisors will offer advice to the City that is solely in the interest of the plan participants and beneficiaries of the City of Milford Retiree Health Care Trust.
