The awarded Contractor must: 4.1.2.1. Perform highly advanced and/or managerial (senior-level) financial and programmatic compliance, technical assistance, and administration work to plan, organize, and account for border security and operations appropriations and grants to State of Texas agencies relating to Operation Lone Star and other border security and operations expenditures, for the purpose of reimbursement from the federal government in accordance with any grant program established in accordance with Section 60004 of the OBBA and/or any other statutes or other action permitting federal reimbursement for these expenses. Technical assistance may be provided to the OOG, other state agencies, state agency vendors/contractors and/or sub-grantees/subrecipients, and/or beneficiaries of state or state agency programs. 4.1.2.2. Conduct briefings and other outreach and training activities.
