Contractor must be located within 20 miles of the facility location. • Contractor will be responsible for picking up the equipment during operating hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday-Friday for repairs and preventative maintenance as needed from the WCY facility location. • Contractor must submit a checklist that will be used for performing maintenance services to the maintenance department for review prior to completing services. • WCY has one tractor, one loader backhoe and one bucket truck. -The tractor is a 240 Massey Ferguson, Model 240 Serial # E-1749 -The backhoe is a New Holland 555E, New Holland Model 555 -The bucket truck is a 2002 Chevy Cab and chassis, VIN 3GBKC34F12M101004 • Contractor will respond within 24 hours of notification of equipment failure. • Contractor must return repaired equipment no later than one week from date of pickup unless otherwise approved by the plant maintenance department. • Contractor must have current general liability and auto liability insurance. • Services are to be performed during operating hours Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm if repair is done at facility. • Contractor must dispose of any old materials, parts or debris offsite at their expense. • All work areas must be left clean and free of any debris. • No Sexual Offenders are allowed on the premises. • No Drugs or Alcohol are not allowed on the premises. • All vehicles must be secured when away from the vehicle inside and outside. • No tools are to be left unattended. • No communication is allowed with the individuals that are housed at the facility.
