The RDU replacement of existing Back-up solution will focus improved and stable performance, improved data security, seamless integration into existing infrastructure, and improved recoverability of data in the instance of system failure or cyber incident. Services to be provided by the Respondent include, but are not limited to: 1. Reliability: The backup solution should have a proven track record of reliability, ensuring that data can be restored when needed 2. Security: The solution should provide strong encryption to protect sensitive data during backup and restore processes. 3. Scalability: It should be able to handle the growing volume of data and support backups for multiple systems. 4. Flexibility: The solution should support various backup methods, such as full, incremental, and differential backups. 5. Speed: Backups should be performed efficiently, minimizing the impact on system performance. 6. Recovery Time Objective (RTO): The solution should allow for quick recovery of data, minimizing downtime in case of a disaster. 7. Recovery Point Objective (RPO): It should provide options for setting backup intervals that align with the organization's data loss tolerance. 8. Compatibility: The backup solution should be compatible with the systems and applications used within the organization. 9. Monitoring and Reporting: It should offer comprehensive monitoring and reporting capabilities to ensure the success of backups and identify any issues. 10.
