The west sideline renovation will feature a premium level with a 7,700 square foot Founder’s Club with 124 seats overlooking midfield, 8 Founder’s Suites, 8 elevated suites, 16 renovated suites, press operations and food service. The new Founder’s Club replaces the existing President’s lounge and entry lobby within the Bill Moore Student Success Center. The east sideline stadium renovation will feature update Field Club lounge (20,120 SF), a new VIP Club (3,250 SF) and 15 updated suites. The upper most level of Wardlaw in the South endzone renovation will feature three renovated suites relocated press operations area, security, radio, stats and flex booths. The North end zone renovation will feature the renovation of 10 existing suites. The seating bowl renovations will include new chairback seating throughout the bowl (except for student areas), enhanced ADA options and distribution on the west, widened aisles and added handrails on west stadium bowl and east stadium upper bowl. The project will also include new videoboards in the South End of the Stadium and in the Northwest Corner of the stadium (direct purchases not included CM’s scope and budget). A preliminary study was performed on the project and will be shared with shortlisted firms.
