SCOPE OF WORK OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE: Southwestern Illinois Correctional Center seeks to establish a one (1) year lease contract for the rental (includes install, uninstall, delivery, maintenance, repair, and pickup) of an electric stand-up forklift to temporarily use for daily operations. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: Southwestern Illinois Correctional Center is seeking to establish a one (1) year contract with a qualified Vendor to lease an electric stand-up forklift. Preferred specifications: YALE ESC030-40AD, TOYOTA SR1-BET30, or agency approved equivalent electric stand-up forklift with at least 3000 lbs. capacity. Length: 66.3-78.6 Width(in): 41-46 Height(in): 88. Forklift does not have to be the exact measurements but close to them. Please see pictures of examples in Bid Buy Attachments Tab.
