The subscription includes state-of-the-art tools for performing swept path analysis and includes the following: GuideSIGN Plus which supports the creation of large overhead signs with standard arrows and route shields for Traffic Plans. AutoTURN Pro software which is used to evaluate 2D and 3D design vehicle turning movements through intersec-tions, turnouts, and median openings. TORUS which delivers a complete set of tools for roundabout design in accordance with FDOT Design Criteria. AQCESSRAMP which is used to assist designers in developing ADA compliant curb ramp designs. Justification for single source acquisition: The Transoft Solutions Enterprise License supports the creation of virtually any type of sign and standard arrows and route shields and was originally purchased in coordination with the Traffic Plans Section of the Roadway De-sign Office. Transoft Solutions is the developer of the software and the only known vendor who can provide it as there are no other known resellers.
