Single HVAC Unit Replacement Unit serving the above mentioned spaces is a 12.5 ton TRANE unit manufactured in 2002. It is currently non-functional. Provide and install package unit with DX cooling to replace the existing unit. Option 1: Replace unit with like-for-like DX unit with no part load compressor or fan modulation, airside economizer functionality, and induction gas heat. Option 2: Replace unit with DX unit with hot-gas-reheats with humidity controls, airside economizer functionality, and induction gas heat. Option 3: Replace unit with DX unit with variable speed units that provide humidity control, part load compressor and fan modulation to use less energy and provide better occupant comfort. Shutdown the existing unit and recover the refrigerant. Disconnect and remove the package unit. Extend the existing electrical circuit to the unit and connect. Extend the existing fire alarm shutdown circuits to the new unit and connect. Start-up the new unit. Provide test and balance of the new unit.
