Family Restroom Addition: Convert the storage closet into the existing restroom building to be Family Restroom. This should include the following: • Supply and install new door and door frame on same side as existing restrooms, opening the block wall to accommodate new door. This should include all necessary hardware, door closer, • kick plate, weather-strip, and 2-way deadbolt keyed to City standard restroom lock. • Adding wall to create new plumbing chase accessed using the existing storage door. • Relocating the existing 1-1/4" PVC water line to be against the wall to create more storage space. • Supply and install one wall hung lavatory and toilet, including associated water and waste piping needed for each to be operational. This includes cutting and removing the concrete as needed. • Repairs to concrete will be done as needed. • Supply and install two LED overhead lights, including associated electrical work. One is to be installed in the new Family Restroom and one is to be installed in the new plumbing chase. • Supply and install one electric hand dryer, including associated electrical work. Supply and install one exhaust fan, including associated electrical work. This exhaust fan should be larger than the ones in the existing restrooms and on their own electrical switch. • Supply and install one soap dispenser, one toilet tissue dispenser, one sanitary napkin disposal bin, two grab bars, and one ADA tactile sign.
