The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the following groups: Group A - Exclusion Screening: Screening checks against the OIG, SAM and other identified databases that provide lists of excluded or debarred individuals or entities. Group B - Hotline Services: Management of a hotline service for stakeholders to report compliance issues. Proposers have the option of providing a proposal for one and up to two groups. The successful Proposer(s) will be responsible to provide specific investment products as approved by the Trust. The successful Proposer(s) will be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance with all federal, state and regulatory agencies as well as Trust Policies inclusive of, administrative guidelines and procedures established by the Trust.
