Task 1 – Project Management o Provide overall project management to ensure all tasks are fully completed and within the allocated budget and timeframe. Additionally, include an appropriate number of project meetings and workshops to coordinate with the CITY (including phone and in-person meetings). o Per the federal mandate issued by the USEPA, the CITY is required to develop a RRA and ERP, defined by of Sec.2013 of the AWIA, and submit Certification Letter(s) to the USEPA upon their completion. The CITY’s population served is 50,000 – 99,999, thus submissions to the USEPA are required by December 31, 2025 for the RRA, and June 30, 2026 for the ERP. The project timeframe shall reflect these compliance dates. o The Consultant shall continuously check in with the USEPA for any AWIA requirement changes and/or updates and shall utilize such updated information to complete the RRA and ERP, accordingly at no additional cost to the City. o Task 2 – Data Collection o The Consultant shall possess a complete understand the current regulations of the USEPA. The consultant shall also understand the data collection requirements to support use of the voluntary consensus standards provided by the AWWA including the following: AWWA G430, AWWA J100-21, VSAT Tool, EPA’s WHEAT Tool, AWWA Cybersecurity Tool, etc.
