1 Upon successful completion of Milestone 1, the Contractor will be paid 20 percent of the Development Phase Price: Payment Milestone 1 – Successful completion of the System Design Review (SDR): 1 EA 2 Upon successful completion of Milestone 2, the Contractor will be paid an additional 30 percent of the Development Phase Price: Payment Milestone 2 – Successful Completion of the Pre-Ship Review (PSR): 1 EA 3 Upon successful completion of Milestone 3, the Contractor will be paid an additional 30 percent of the Development Phase Price. Payment Milestone 3 – Successful Completion of the Site Acceptance Testing (SAT): 1 EA 4 Upon successful completion of Milestone 4, the Contractor will be paid the remaining Development Phase Price.
