A. Provide maintenance, testing, adjusting, repairing, and replacing airfield lighting equipment and systems components, which include, but are not limited to, airport beacon, wind cone assembly, obstruction lights, apron lights, underground electric cables, constant-current regulators, switchgear, and other electrical vault equipment, threshold lights, runway and taxiway edge lights, internally illuminated runway and taxiway signs and pilot-controlled lighting system. B. Provide maintenance, testing, adjusting, repairing and replacing airport street lighting, and other LCQ maintained buildings. C. Provide service reports to the respective Lake City Gateway Airport Representative or designee that document work performed per the Airport’s Maintenance Program. D. Installation of office lighting to include regular, LED and fluorescent bulbs. E. Installation of duplex outlets
