Fuel System Annual Testing, Site Inspection, and Certification: • Annual testing of all tanks and systems as required by the environmental protection agency (epa). • All annual testing shall include testing of interstitial systems and sumpsensors if so equipped. • Be able to diagnose, repair, and replace as needed all fuel site-related equipment, including but not limited to fuel dispensers, card readers, leak detectors, tank turbines, tank gauges, tank monitors, and site controllers. • The Contractor will immediately notify the County of any deficiencies found that would prevent the normal operations of the Fuel systems and controls. • Contractor will submit a report of the entire inspection to the service contact person, advising Pierce County of any further parts or work that appears to be needed. • Fuel system locations and equipment currently in use by Pierce County Planning and Public Works are listed below but could change during the duration of the contract. Puyallup, WA. 98373 System Information: • The system is a Petro Vend / OPW system. • All systems are connected using a LAN connection. • The Equipment Maintenance site has two (2) dispensers and four (4) hoses. • There is one (1) Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) pump installed adjacent to the system. • The fuel dispensers are manufactured by Gasboy • The two (2) tanks at STOP are in-ground units: one (1) 6,000-gallon (unleaded) and one (1) 4,000-gallon (diesel) tank for a total of 10,000 gallons. • The diesel pumps are suction type pumps. • The unleaded pump is a Submersible Turbine Pump (STP). • All tanks are double-walled and have interstitial monitoring systems. • The software on the computer is OPW Fuel Management Systems, C/OPT card reader. Fuel site controller is a FSC 3000 and OPW iSite Site Sentinel Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) 10311 Chambers Creek Road W. Spanaway, WA. 98387 System Information: • The system is a Petro Vend OPW system. • All systems are connected using a LAN connection. • The Equipment Maintenance site has four (4) dispensers and eight (8) hoses. • There is one Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) pump installed adjacent to the system. • The fuel dispensers are manufactured by Gasboy. • The three (3) tanks at CMF are above-ground unite: one (1) 6,000-gallon (unleaded), one (1) 12,000-gallon (diesel), and one (1) 6,000-gallon (diesel) tank for a total of 24,000 gallons. • The diesel pumps are suction-type pumps. • The unleaded pump is a Submersible Turbine Pump (STP). • All tanks are double-walled and have interstitial monitoring systems. • The software on the computer is OPW Fuel Management software, C/OPT card reader. Fuel site controller is a System II Controller and OPW Site Sentinel Integra 100 tank monitor.
