2.1 Contractor shall furnish qualified employees to perform GTC Parking Ramp repairs per the plans and specifications in the Bid Attachments. 2.2 The Contractor shall ensure that all Work is performed in accordance with the established practices of the craft. 2.3 Contractor is responsible for providing all materials for the required Work. The City reserves the right to purchase its own material at its discretion. 2.4 All work shall be in accordance with Statewide Urban Design and Specifications (SUDAS), current version (link below).
