The following services are identified as Contractor responsibilities for the purpose of the Contract. 1.) Initial installation, repair or replacement of drain, waste, supply lines and other similar tasks. 2.) Installation, repair, and servicing of plumbing fixtures, including but no limited to kitchens and restrooms, such as faucets, commodes, sinks, hot water heaters, showers, traps, shut-off valves, vent lines and related plumbing as applicable. 3.) Repair and replacement of potable water lines and devices inside and outside of buildings. 4.) Cleaning of sanitary sewer lines and devices to restore normal service inside and outside of buildings. 5.) Repair and replacement of various types of piping and devices inside and outside of buildings. 6.) Additional plumbing services related to renovations construction, or renovation projects. 7.) Leak detection (within walls, slab, foundations, underground, etc.) at various heights 8.) Backflow testing, repair, or replacement. 9.) Repair and replacement of recirculating and sump pumps. 10.) Snake and jet lines up to 200 feet 11.) Perform plumbing working up to 95 feet high such as repair of roof drain leaders, water pipe leaks, and repair of rain gutters on elevated pedestrian walkways. 12.) Any additional plumbing services as required or requested by the Department.
