The City of Tallahassee is seeking qualified vendors interested in providing Property Management Services to include all services, labor, materials, equipment and supplies necessary to provide such services as outlined in this document. The City of Tallahassee and Leon County own the Renaissance Center, located at 435 N. Macomb Street (67,300+/- Sq. Ft). The City is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the building. The City of Tallahassee owns and operates the John Marks (f/k/a Gemini) Building located at 100 W. Virginia Street (57,300+/- Sq. Ft.). The City is seeking proposals from qualified commercial property management firms to provide management services for these two facilities. The City may also be interested in extending property management services to other City buildings and facilities as the need and opportunity arise and is therefore seeking unit cost pricing for the services identified in the Specifications Section. It is the desire of the City to enter into contract(s) for a three-year basic period, renewable at the discretion of the City, for three additional one-year periods. Firm shall be licensed by the State of Florida, Business and Professional Regulation for Real Estate Broker License. The assigned Property Management individual performing the work must possess a valid real estate license issued by the State of Florida Business and Professional Regulation
