The intent of this RFI is to gauge the potential opportunities for MBE/SBE participation in a future solicitation for a firm-fixed-price maintenance contract for a Statewide Maryland Mailing Presort Services. b) Looking to provide Presort Mailing Services for the Department of General Services Managed Facilities. This Contract shall be made available for use by other State Agencies or Institutions of the State of Maryland. c) Any solicitation resulting from this RFI shall require Presort Mailing Services for the Statewide – Mailing Presort solicitation. This includes a Contractor to pick-up First-Class Letters, Standard Mail, Permit and Certified Metered Mail from participating agencies at USPS Presort/Bar-Coded discount mail rates, presorted and presented to the USPS facility in accordance with the following and attached terms, conditions and requirements as specified herein. “Users” that are currently participating and their anticipated yearly volumes are listed in Attachment U (Participating State Agencies and Estimated Volumes).
