Description of Phase 0: Submittals & Permit Procurement Scope of work includes but is not limited to: hazardous materials submittals, detailed work plan and schedule submission. Description of Phase 1: Architecture Interior (Area 1 through 5) Area 1 (Classroom B110), Area 2 (Classroom B107), Area 3 (Classroom B103), Area 4 (Classroom B111) and Area 5 (Classroom B124) - opening through wall to confirm wall assembly as shown on the Destructive Testing Request Form. Contractor must complete the destructive testing in these areas and allow for a 4 hour period during business hours to escort the Project Architect through the site for inspection and documentation. Contractor shall provide access to the spaces and be prepared to assist with opening areas, provide ladder/lift as needed and assisting with documentation of photos and videos. Contractor shall work with Project Architect and District PM to schedule inspection. After Project Architect confirms testing is complete, Contractor shall comply with existing fire rating and proceed with patch back per instructions as defined in the Destructive Testing Request Form.
