The scope of work for the Chemical Cleaning of Leachate Collection System for Cells 11B, 12 & 13 includes all materials, labor, equipment, and other essentials necessary for the injection, collection, dilution, hauling, and disposal of a proprietary chemical solution by Progressive Environmental Services in three (3) pump station sumps and associated HDPE piping at the Gloucester County Solid Waste Complex located at 503 Monroeville Road, South Harrison Township, New Jersey 08085. The Contractor is responsible for performing as many chemical cleaning events for Cells 11B, 12, and 13 pump stations necessary for the removal of all blockages. The existing leachate forcemain system shall remain operational at all times during construction. Contractor shall provide all aspects of the bypassing system to maintain the existing operations.
