Install vinyl siding and foam core backer board as per manufacturer's recommendations and MRC. All posts, beams, fascia, trim and other wrappable exterior components shall be wrapped in aluminum with the minimum of face nailing. Install new 2" x 4" pine sub-fascia and 3/4" thick #2 spruce fascia board to cover the ends of the rafter tails. Replace severely defective, rotten and missing rafter tails and any rotted wood throughout as needed. Soffit to be vinyl. Fir out windows and doors as needed (710.5 - method I). Remove all light fixtures, hose bibs, dryer vents, electric service masts, etc. prior to siding application (except gas and plumbing pipes). Cutting around these items will not be accepted. All vinyl siding must conform to ASTM Standard D3679. Contractor to provide homeowner with siding warranty with copy provided to the County. Owner to choose WHITE OR BROWN soffit panels.
