A. Contractor shall install a 4” drop T-Bar ceiling with new tiles throughout office where sheet rock is exposed. B. Drop ceiling to consist of a 2’ x 4’ suspended ceiling grid and a 2’ x 4’ suspended ceiling tiles. C. Contractor shall install hatch doors to all existing ceiling hatch openings and provide access to hatch doors after drop ceiling is installed. D. Contractor shall remove all associated two-tube fluorescent 8’ light fixtures w/lens. E. Contractor shall remove and replace all associated 4-tube 2’ x 4’ fluorescent acoustic grid fixtures. F. Contractor shall install 4’ LED light bulbs to replace all associated existing bulbs. G. Remove and replace all associated heating/air conditioning registers and install any needed HVAC ductwork throughout drop ceiling space. H. Provide and install 110-volt commercial wiring/conduits and boxes where needed. I. Contractor shall use air balance testing to test viability of newly installed duct work. J. Contractor will ensure that the work area is kept clean and free of debris, as necessary, to maintain a safe working environment for staff. All debris, trash and packaging are to be disposed of off-site on a daily basis.
