Existing Building Description: • 2,851 total square footage, under air • Slab on grade floor system • 200-amp electrical service, with interior sub-panel. Current wiring in buildings existing office cubicle systems can be reused/rerouted to accommodate new receptacle locations. There is also existing, abandoned homeruns in the attic space that can be utilized for any new lighting circuits required. • 7.5-ton, dual stage HVAC system with duct detector installed in main supply duct plenum (Current duct work size and layout is available). • Exterior wall system is primarily wood frame construction, with vinyl lap siding. There are portions of the exterior that are constructed out of CMU. • Roof is an engineered truss system with plenty of room to alter/change configuration of HVAC system • Current interior is made up of mainly cubicle office sets, with some interior wall systems associated with the current conference room location, Director’s office, and bathrooms. • Building is not protected by a fire sprinkler system, and has no fire alarm system • Current flooring is an older, commercial grade rolled carpet system throughout main office area. Tile in both bathrooms, in the breakroom, and at all three foyer areas associated with the three exterior doors. • Current ceiling is drywall installed to the bottom cord of the current roof truss system; knock-down texture applied.
