The Town of Orleans, acting through its Chief Procurement Officer, invites sealed qualifications from qualified firms or individuals to provide Owner’s Project Management (OPM) Services pursuant to M.G.L. c. 149, § 44A½ for the design and construction of a new Fire-Rescue Station at Eldredge Park Way, Orleans, MA. The selected OPM will represent the Town’s interests throughout the project, including planning, design, permitting, procurement, and construction phases. The Town is seeking a registered architect or professional engineer with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in building construction supervision, or a non-registered professional with at least seven (7) years of relevant experience, as further defined in the RFQ.
