The Washington County Public Works Department is issuing this request for proposals (RFP) to provide project coordination, public and agency involvement, environmental documentation, stormwater management design, utility coordination, construction staging, permitting, and final design services for the Century North Reconstruction Project. A project location map is included as Appendix B. TH 120 (Century Ave N/E County Line Rd) from the I-694 WB ramp intersection to County Road E/County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 12: • Is approximately 1.0 mile • Is a four-lane divided urban highway south of Long Lake Rd and a two-lane undivided urban section north of Long Lake Rd • Is functionally classified as a A-Minor Expander • Has traffic volumes that range from of 11,127 to 24,647 vehicles/day (per MnDOT) • Has a 40-mph posted speed limit • Is a border road between Ramsey and Washington Counties, as well as White Bear Lake and Mahtomedi.
