The work in general consists of, but is not limited to supplying all labor, materials, and equipment needed to replace the roof and internal Dutch gutter systems with in-kind and further identified in the technical specifications and shown on Attachment A- Original plan set, for project entitled Napa County Airport A Row Hangar Roof Replacement Project, PW 26-07. The work also included a Bid Allowance that will address any unforeseen conditions to the roofing and building system revealed during the demolition phase of construction. The building is currently unoccupied; coordination for access will be required through Airport Operations. Aircraft operations remain active at all times during construction, section 22- MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS, outlines Airport operational requirements that must be adhered to by the CONTRACTOR. Please see the proposal forms, instructions to bidders, for more information. Contractor laydown, equipment staging, and employee parking identified in Attachment B attached herein.
