1. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies necessary and incidental to provide quality janitorial services as specified herein. This shall include but is not limited to toilet paper, trash liners, toilet bowl cleaner, disinfectant, urinal blocks, air freshener, etc. 2. The City shall provide water, electricity, and paper towels. 3. A storage closet is available for mops, mop buckets, brooms, vacuum cleaners, and supplies. The Contractor shall keep it neat and orderly. 4. The Contractor shall submit two (2) copies of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each chemical or product being used. Should a new product be introduced during the term of the contract, copies of SDS shall be provided to the Purchasing Division.
