• The Contractor shall perform maintenance and repair services that may include but are not limited to the following: o Repairs and/or replacement of Ricon Lifts and lift components. o Repairs and/or replacement of Braun Lifts and lift components. o Repairs and/or replacement of Q Straint (EZ-Locks) and components. o Repairs and/or replacement of Para Transit walk in doors, lift doors and rear doors. o Repairs of electrical issues with lifts and components related to lifts. • Prior to performing services: The Mobility Vendor will provide an estimated pricing of recommended services and or repairs to the Austin SSLC Motor Pool designee to review and approve, prior to any work commencing. • Parts and labor warranty: The Mobility Vendor will provide for this bid what the Warranty is for labor services from the date services are rendered. Plus, what the Warranty is for replacement parts from the date services are rendered. • Austin SSLC will purchase Ricon and Braun lift parts and other mobility items from The Mobility Vendor for minor maintenance and repairs at Austin SSLC Motor Pool. • The Mobility Vendor shall provide its hourly labor rate for maintenance and repair services requested. Para Transit Lift parts and other mobility parts shall not exceed 10% markup from list price.
