To establish a statewide contract for the purchase of new non-alternative fuel Motorcycles for State agencies. Pricing will be made available to other local governmental agencies such as cities, counties, schools, universities, etc. Non-Governmental agencies, such as non-profit, are not eligible to purchase from this contract regardless of funding. Options: All vehicles/motorcycles shall come equipped with all standard options and equipment as part of the base vehicle model. All standard equipment and options on the base vehicle model must be factory installed. The procurement of optional equipment on state motor vehicles/motorcycles that is unnecessary for the proper functioning of the vehicle or safety of the driver and passengers is prohibited. Options not listed as part of the awarded base vehicle must be sold under the vehicle option line and must be factory installed, unless approved by Division of Procurement prior to award, and must be sold at or below dealer invoice cost. Vehicles must be factory colors. Colors will be stated on the purchase order. If no color is specified, the supplier will order with factory white color.
