The required services to be provided are < monthly leasing, preventive maintenance and as needed repair services for Auto-Chlor Commercial Dishwashers (or equal) for Austin State Supported Living Center (ASSLC). Service equipment may be added or removed, and frequencies increased or decreased per Agency discretion. a) Contractor shall provide monthly preventive maintenance on all machines according to manufacturer's specification. All repairs, parts and labor shall be included at no additional cost. b) Contractor shall be available for as needed repair services twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week (including holidays) at no additional cost. c) Contractor shall provide detainers at no additional cost. Required Machines a) Auto-Chlor AC44 Conveyor Dish Machine (or equal) - Quantity three (3); b) Auto-Chlor HT25 High Temp Dish Machine (or equal) - Quantity four (4); c) Auto-Chlor U34 Undercounter Dish Machine (or equal) - Quantity three (3).
