Design Reviews. 8. Cost Estimating. 9. Value Engineering review. a. Evaluate and provide sustainable design options. 10. Safety and Security Certification. 11. Provide communication/marketing expertise for outreach effort. 12. Participate in public forums. 13. Coordinate with various departments across the MARTA organization including but not limited to: Office of Capital Programs Delivery, Office of Infrastructure, Office of Planning & Project Development, Office of Safety & Quality Assurance, Office of Bus Operations, and Office of Mechanical Operations.
