Environmental Consultant shall provide qualified personnel to provide the following services as requested by Pace: 1. Regulatory Compliance. Assist Pace in maintaining compliance with Federal, State, and Local Environmental laws and regulations relating to asbestos, lead, mold, indoor air quality and other environmental components. 2. Environmental Services. Assist Pace in testing and reporting services related to Phase I and Phase II Environmental Due Diligence and investigation reports, Clean Air/Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Illinois/Cook County Waste disposal regulations, Strom Water Pollution Prevention Plans and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans, underground/aboveground tanks, and nonhazardous/hazardous waste regulations and remediation. 3. Design Services. Provide plans, drawings, designs, specifications, and bidding documents for the assessment and removal or remediation of environmental issues.
