Scott County Board of Supervisors is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms for grant administration, including application development, preparation, and management related to available opportunities including, but not necessarily limited to, Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds through the Mississippi Development Authority, FEMA grant opportunities, and other funding sources, as available. All services will be provided in accordance with applicable state and federal program rules and regulations. The project scope and funding levels will be dependent and contingent upon the successful award of federal funds. The expectation of the County is that the selected administrator shall be responsible for all phases of any potential project, including but not limited to, the development of the project scope, the preparation and submission of application(s) for funding of the project, and the administration and management of the potential award and project.
