The required services to be provided are as-needed window and glass maintenance and repairs at the San Angelo State Supported Living Center (SSLC). The Contractor shall provide on-site measurements of glass repairs, glass installation and repair services as needed for windows and doors including sliding doors. The Contractor shall provide repairs/replacement for various glass including but not limited to Lexan, Plexiglass, diamond wire, Double pane, Low E glass, and tempered glass. The Contractor shall have glass equipment/repair site; glass equipment/repair; Ability to obtain factory certified parts. Maintenance for cleared appealed glass for doors, window film or stained-glass replacement, clear tempered insulation glass for sliding doors, fire rated glass, and replacement windows, doors, and glass. Glass types include but are not limited to Obscured Glass, Laminated glass, float glass, Tempered glass, Insulated glass, and Low-E glass. The Contractor shall ensure all work is sealed and leak free, new gaskets and seals will be used to meet manufacturers requirement for the facility. The Contractor shall furnish all tools, transportation, equipment, materials, and supplies required to complete the services as requested. The Contractor shall provide any emergency repairs as stated related to weather or natural disaster recovery work as assigned by the San Angelo SSLC. The Contractor shall notify the San Angelo SSLC Contract Manager or Designee prior to commencing any work with pricing approvals to complete the job. If windows are not repairable, then an estimate for replacement is to be sent to the San Angelo SSLC Contract Manager or Designee for approval.
