Colbert Quarterly Sprinkler Inspection Fire Sprinkler Quarterly Inspection Fee- Quarterly Inspection- (Unit price required for this line). • Unit Price is cost of routine quarterly inspection and shall include all associated costs of the inspection, including supply, minimum billing charge, per trip travel costs, and labor cost associated with inspection. UOM is each.• Unit Price for inspection does not include part replacement cost for parts that may be found deficient during the inspection procedure. • DHR has Backflow system protecting Sprinkler system at each location; therefore Quarterly inspection required.• Supplier shall perform all quarterly fire sprinkler inspections per fiscal year, per NFPA 25 code requirement, and per all applicable National, State, County/local code requirements. • Supplier shall be responsible for full inspection. Includes all code required devices & components tied to sprinkler.• Supplier shall provide the customer with detailed inspection report at the end of each inspection to include identifying deficient equipment. • Fire sprinkler equipment varies between locations. Refer to the DHR County Office Sprinkler Equipment Spec.
