UOM is each. • Unit Price for inspection does not include part replacement cost for parts that may be found deficient during the inspection procedure. • DHR has Backflow system protecting Sprinkler system at each location; therefore Quarterly inspection required. • Supplier shall perform all quarterly fire sprinkler inspections per fiscal year, per NFPA 25 code requirement, and per all applicable National, State, County/local code requirements. • Supplier shall be responsible for full inspection. Includes all code required devices & components tied to sprinkler. • Supplier shall provide the customer with detailed inspection report at the end of each inspection to include identifying deficient equipment. • Fire sprinkler equipment varies between locations.
